For Referring Counsel

Trial Counsel For Your Most Serious Cases.

Thirty-eight years at the bar, two verdicts among the 100 largest in the country, and a practice built on co-counsel relationships with plaintiff attorneys nationwide.

Co-Counsel Posture

Your Client. Our Trial Team.

We do not compete for your client. We take referred and co-counseled catastrophic injury, trucking, brain injury, and wrongful death cases, carry the cost and the work, and try the ones that should be tried.

Referring counsel remain involved to the degree they choose and are kept informed at every stage.

  1. Call Or Submit The Form

A short summary is enough. We run conflicts and respond directly to you, not to your client.

  2. Case Evaluation

We review liability, damages, coverage, and venue and tell you candidly whether the case belongs with us.

  3. Written Co-Counsel Agreement

Roles, responsibilities, and division of fees are set out in writing and disclosed to the client as the Florida Bar rules require.

  4. We Carry The Case

Preservation, discovery, witnesses, and trial. You remain counsel of record and receive regular reporting throughout.

Verdict Record

The Record You Can Put In Front Of A Mediator.

Two of these verdicts rank among the 100 largest in the United States. Each was tried to a jury.

Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Each case is unique, and the value of any claim depends on its own specific facts.

Trial Resources

What Comes With The Case.

The infrastructure a catastrophic case needs, already in place.

  • In-House Physician Consultant

Medical causation, treatment gaps, and future care needs are evaluated by a physician on our team before outside witnesses are retained.

  • RN Medical Review Specialist

Every record is read, indexed, and summarized by a registered nurse. Nothing in the chart surprises us at deposition.

  • Appellate Counsel, VA And D.C.

Appellate counsel licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia protects the record from the first motion through post-verdict.

  • Focus Groups And Mock Trials

Significant cases are tested before real people prior to mediation and again before trial.

  • Jury And Venue Research

Venue analysis and juror attitude research inform framing, damages presentation, and settlement posture.

  • Exhaustive Discovery

Public records, regulatory histories, and corporate filings pursued to the end, not to the point of convenience.
